Robert M Grant, MD, MPH.  Bob is a professor of medicine at the Gladstone Institutes and the University of California, San Francisco and Chief Medical Officer of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.  He has been working on post- and pre-exposure prophylaxis research and practice since 1997, including leading the iPrEx studies and starting the UCSF Sexual Health Improvement Project and helping with the San Francisco AIDS Foundation's PrEP services.  He works closely with health care providers and PrEP users to identify and share best practices for "how to PrEP."

Rachel Baggaley, MD. Head of the Innovative HIV Prevention, HIV Division, World Health Organization.  Rachel led the development of a WHO recommendations for PrEP published in September 2015.  She also leads work on HIV testing and key populations.
